Seeking Senior Project Managerto join their dynamicconstruction team. Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for the delivery of major projects within the EPC business unit.
The role is a full time, permanent position based out of their Adelaide office.
The Role:
* Develop Project Management Plans for Projects
* Produce, monitor and update Project Schedules
* Monitor and control risks, quality, design, procurement, time, safety, and environmental factors
* Liaise with clients, internal staff and other project stakeholders and status reporting of projects
* C oordinate internal and external resources to facilitate achievement of project requirements
* Participate in project meetings, Project Risk Assessments, implement and monitor risk management strategies
* Provide support to post tender variations and new tenders
* Ensuring successful execution of assigned Projects from a safety, time, cost and quality
* Demonstrate the achievement of 'value for money' in delivery of all project activities
* May need to work extended hours to achieve business objectives and be required to travel interstate when required
About you:
* Engineering degree, equivalent or relevant trade qualification (mechanical or civils background)
* W orking in a Contracting/EPC environment highly advantageous
* Suitable level of industry experience in power generation or related heavy industry
* Formal qualification in Project or Business Management is highly regarded
* A proven record in managing projects in an industrial environment
* Effective evaluation, analytical and communication skills
* Expertin similar role would be highly regarded
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Current Drivers Licence
* Hold working rights for Australia
