About the role: We currently have a full time position available for a reliable, flexible and customer service officer to join the Freight team in Tennant Creek. You will be put through a great training program and be joining a team of like minded people in a family friendly culture. We pride ourselves on the tenure of our employees. Your key responsibilities will include: Coordinating freight distribution for the region Loading and unloading freight from coaches and trailers, involving repetitive manual handling Processing quotes, bookings and payments for freight consignments Providing customer service of a high standard Responding to enquires at the freight counter and over the phone Maintaining computerised records for administration purposes Providing general support to the team.
