From you:
* Fluent spoken English
* A minimum Cert III in commercial cookery (or equivalent)
* Police Check or willing to obtain one
* Uniform: Traditional White Chef jacket & pants, apron, chef hat, safety shoes.
* Chefs knives.
* Aged Care chefs will also need Flu & covid vaccines (up to date) + Aged care experience
