Job Description
Drive sales growth by proactively generating and qualifying leads through inbound and outbound outreach. Build initial customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and support revenue expansion using strategic prospecting techniques and CRM tools.
Responsibilities:
* Engage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns through calls, emails, and social outreach.
* Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads, identify decision-makers, and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Schedule discovery meetings between qualified leads and the sales team.
* Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion rates.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, particularly in cybersecurity, and communicate value propositions effectively.
* Follow and implement best-practice sales methodologies, including cold calling, email cadences, and social selling.
* Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals and monthly opportunity quotas.
Qualifications:
* Graduate or Post Graduate welcome to apply.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Experience In Lead Generation background.
* Min 3 years of experience with Cyber Security Products/services, or IT-related.
* Experienced B2B salesperson with exceptional communication skills and the ability to speak with people from all levels.
* Awareness and knowledge within IT industry (Cyber Security and solution selling).
* Ability to take ownership and work independently.
* Must have excellent account management skills including strong research exposure.
