AHPRA registered pharmacists with relevant Australian Hospital experience are encouraged to apply for this position. Skills and experience Provides comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across a wide range of specialties, including Oncology, Haematology, Paediatrics, Renal, Vaccination programs, and various outpatient specialist clinics. Oversees dispensary operations, ensuring medication supply, PBS compliance, and effective system management. Delivers expert medication advice and clinical reviews, contributing to safe and effective patient care across multiple hospital wards. Leads and mentors a team of pharmacists and technicians, fostering professional development and operational excellence. Facilitates staff training and interprofessional education for nursing and medical teams to support best practices in medication use. Drives quality improvement initiatives through audits, safety reporting, and implementation of risk-reduction strategies. Represents the pharmacy in multidisciplinary forums, contributing to hospital-wide strategies and service enhancements.
