Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking for a rewarding career in property management? We're seeking a Property Manager to join the team.

**What do you do?**
- **Tenant Relations**: Primary tenant contact, inquiries, property viewings, tenant screening, lease management, and conflict resolution for positive relationships.
- **Rent Collection**: Timely rent collection, rent increase management, and prompt resolution of arrears, all in compliance with local regulations.
- **Property Maintenance**: Oversee property repairs and maintenance, conduct inspections, respond to maintenance requests promptly, and ensure property value and tenant satisfaction.
- **Legal Compliance**: Stay updated on property laws, ensure property compliance with safety standards and tenancy laws, both locally and nationally.
- **Financial Management**: Manage property finances, including budgeting, financial reporting, and security deposit handling, following company policies and legal requirements.
**What do you need?**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of Australian property laws and regulations.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
