Manage project delivery of mid-loss repairs within specified timeframes and budget constraints. Provide a high level of customer service, aligning with company values.
Minimum of 3+ years working as a supervisor with proven experience managing multiple projects.

The ability to manage and motivate a construction team and sub-contractors.
* Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills to deal with issues encountered across multiple areas within a complex environment
* Insurance Contracts Act/FSRA legislation awareness
* Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with effective diary management.
* Ability to contribute within a team environment and engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in negotiation, facilitating and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
Qualifications, Systems Knowledge And Licences
* Building/Construction Management or related (min Cert IV) and/or trade qualification.
* QBCC Licensed
* Prime Ecosystem knowledge (preferred)
* Microsoft Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint (intermediate - advanced).
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Project (preferred).
