Crew leaders who have a forklift licence and a MR licence or higher with supervisor or crew leadership experience required
Multiquip Poultry is a national company dedicated to supporting the poultry industry across Australia. From eggs to fully grown birds, we manage the transport and handling of live poultry from farm to processing.
We're currently seeking an experienced Crew Leader to join our team in Loganholme. In this hands-on leadership role, you will guide and motivate a team of poultry workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in compliance with animal welfare and regulatory standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven leadership experience in a crew or team leader role — preferably in agriculture, logistics or another hands-on industry.
* Strong organisational and communication skills to coordinate tasks and liaise with farmers and internal staff.
* A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Minimum Requirements:
* Current MR or HR driver's licence
* Valid Forklift Licence
* Ability to meet PPE and hygiene requirements
* Physically fit and willing to do manual work
* Safety-conscious with strong attention to compliance
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the poultry catching crew at farm sites
* Ensure work is performed safely and efficiently, with attention to animal welfare
* Operate and transport forklifts between locations
* Complete paperwork accurately and ensure fatigue management compliance
* Build strong working relationships with farmers and internal stakeholders
