Administrative Coordinator Role
This is an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation that represents and provides services to Indigenous Australians living in Djaara Country.
The successful candidate will perform various administrative tasks to support the Operations Coordinator, Facilities and Administration teams. This includes assisting with fleet management, procurement, asset management, data integrity, and reception relief support.
* Provide administrative support for Infrastructure & Asset Team relating to fleet management, procurement, parking and traffic management, services and contract management, asset registers, building and facilities maintenance requests.
* Reception, mail distribution, filing and record management, prepare and assist with reporting and compliance, administer fleet management system, deal with staff enquiries and requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fleet Management Support: Assist with the coordination of vehicle maintenance, fueling, and other related activities.
* Procurement Support: Provide assistance with the procurement process, including researching suppliers, creating purchase orders, and tracking inventory.
* Asset Management Support: Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of company assets, including vehicles, equipment, and buildings.
* Data Integrity: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records are maintained, including employee information, vehicle usage, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a team environment.
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.
