Job Description:
This is a permanent full-time role that requires exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with clients.

Key responsibilities include interacting with clients via phone calls, resolving queries and complaints promptly and professionally, identifying complex financial requirements and referring them to specialists within the organisation, and developing a strong pipeline of clients for business growth.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute towards call-centre based metrics such as schedule adherence, quality standards, and productivity measures, as well as achieve performance targets related to customer satisfaction, product sales, service excellence, and operational efficiency.
