Curious Minds, a digital media agency that works within the public and advocacy sectors, is seeking a talented and creative Brisbane based Mid-Range Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Mid-Range Graphic Designer, you will work collaboratively with our team and clients to create high-quality visual designs for a range of digital and print media. The successful candidate will be able to translate strategic objectives into visually effective design work that drives engagement and action.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the team to create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of digital and print media
* Design and produce digital marketing materials such as social media posts, website graphics, email campaigns, web banners.
* Create print materials such as flyers, newspaper ads, billboards, and other print marketing collateral.
* Design & Mock Micro sites with lead capture at top of mind.
* Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and present design concepts to senior management, as well as clients.
* Ensure all designs align with the brand guidelines and meet the client's requirements and objectives.
* Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and software updates
Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
* 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing agency
* Proficient in Adobe Suite, including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign as well as Canva.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Strong design skills, including an eye for color, composition, and typography
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Familiarity with video editing is a plus
