adidas' commitment to our people is integral to the success of our retail team.We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our NEW Fountain Gate Store due to open Q4 2025.ResponsibilitiesManaging, motivating and leading the team to achieve KPI's, sales targets and an exceptional customer experienceTake full ownership of the store and its commercial successAnalyze relevant data to probe and challenge the status quoAddress identified improvement areas to maximise commercial impact, involving the District Manager or other Retail Back Office partners as neededDrive continuous improvements in the store's sales, productivity and profitabilityLead service by example, maximizing the amount of time spent selling and leading team members on the sales floorWork with the District Manager to identify and develop select strong performers with potential for growth along the Retail Field Career LadderConduct staff training & coaching to drive KPI performanceEffectively managing all retail operations within a retail store environmentCoordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standardsCoordinate team members to ensure most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock-to-floor processShare best practices to drive the overall store team performanceThe successful candidateYou will have a commercial mindset and solid retail background with a proven track record of success in a similar retail leadership position, consistently leading a team to achieve budgeted sales.You will be motivated, energetic, results driven and passionate about people and product.
