Full-time Chef or Apprentice Chef
We are seeking a qualified and passionate chef to join our team. As a full-time chef, you will be responsible for controlling a section of the kitchen and assisting the Executive Chef with all aspects of kitchen operations.
1. Preparing, cooking, and presenting a variety of à la carte dishes
2. Enforcing service, presentation, and operational standards to ensure consistency and quality at all times
3. Ordering stock, kitchen supplies, and equipment, and controlling stock levels
4. Assisting with ongoing staff training and development
5. Receiving, signing, and accounting for supplies and deliveries
To be successful in this role, you must have trade qualifications and practical experience, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional manner.
