About the role
SkyCity Adelaide is on the hunt for an experienced Marketing Executive - Gaming to join our wider Marketing team. This role will report directly into our and will be a key player in developing and executing Marketing Campaigns and promotions that drive the Loyalty and Gaming customer. The role will contribute to the achievement of business targets by facilitating these promotional activities, as well as communicating with key stakeholders and working with operational management on marketing initiatives to drive strong promotional outcomes, increased visitation and revenue.
This role is all about creating and implementing Gaming and Loyalty Marketing activity across the SkyCity Adelaide site and will work closely with our Customer Insights team to analyse marketing campaigns and promotional activities to ensure suitable recommendations are made for future activity. This role is also responsible for working with suppliers to create mutually beneficial marketing campaigns, being responsible for determining campaign creative to ensure it relates to the target demographic and fits with the appropriate member tier and SkyCity's master brand.
A key responsibility of this role is ensuring all marketing activity complies with relevant regulations, supported by the Campaign Manager - Gaming.
About you
To thrive in this role, you'll have well-rounded campaign marketing experience, coupled with excellent organisational and communication skills. You have a flair for creativity which will enable you create engaging campaigns for regular and occasional guests alike. You balance your creativity with organisation and an understanding of the importance of compliance and the regulatory nature of gaming marketing. You will have strong interpersonal skills and have an ability to work with a range of stakeholders at all levels, coupled with the ability to prioritise, manage your time well and meet deadlines.
Qualifications in Marketing or a relevant degree and prior experience in the gaming, entertainment or hospitality environment will be highly regarded.
