Responsibilities
* Lead and manage day-to-day theatre operations, ensuring efficient scheduling, resource utilization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Provide clinical and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals.
* Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other stakeholders to optimise theatre performance and patient outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices in theatre management.

Preferred Qualifications
* Clinical Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration without restrictions.
* Advanced leadership and management training or qualifications.
* Demonstrated experience in a similar theatre management role within the healthcare industry.
