Project Coordinator Role
CASMAN is seeking a multi-tasking professional who thrives on being part of a collaborative team and bringing projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality for clients
* Work with internal team members, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to work well in a team environment
Requirements:
* Formal construction training
* Proficient reading blueprints and specifications, preparing schedules, understanding construction contracts and document flow
* Familiarity and comfort with working on active construction sites
* Proficient with Microsoft Project & Office applications
Education and Experience:
* 2-4 years of formal post-secondary construction education in Construction Engineering, Building Technology, Civil Engineering, Architectural or Interior Design
* Dual qualifications are not mandatory however valuable when received
