To achieve this, you will utilise a person-centred approach to communicate effectively with participants and their families, identify individual goals and support needs, and coordinate services. In addition to delivering high-quality services, you will mentor Area Supervisors and Senior/Support Workers to uphold ethical standards in participant care. You will also build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders, ensuring that service level agreements are met and exceeded.
This role requires tertiary qualifications in health, social services, or related fields, or equivalent experience. We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience in a similar role, possessing comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS sector. Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications:
