Job Description
The role of a Project Officer is to empower adults with disabilities to plan and grow their skills in a supportive environment. This involves promoting inclusion and positive outcomes, assisting participants to reach their employment goals, and providing feedback and guidance. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present as a public speaker at events.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Projects Coordinator to research, develop, maintain, and report on project progress. They will establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, including management, to ensure project success.
