The role: As the Operations Coordinator, you will be integral to establishing and managing new and existing partnerships to provide access to our clinical programs, championing our patient-centric approach. You will be working in collaboration with the Operations and Clinical leads and will be responsible for the operationalisation of partnerships (including commercial, clinical, and Ex-Service Organisations). You will assist with operational design and be the point of contact for partners and clinicians who are providing the clinical services, including management of clinical schedules of Specialist Doctors and General Practitioners. You will report on the performance of each partnership in your portfolio against established KPIs and recommend and support partnership strategies to improve service delivery in accordance with the agreements. As an initial point of contact, the Operations Coordinator will manage interactions and escalations to ensure the operational and clinical performance meets expectations of all stakeholders.
What You'll Do:
* Business As Usual Coordination: Coordinate and synchronise the operational delivery of healthcare through management of administrative and clinical teams, systems, and processes.
* Roster Coordination: Coordinating and optimising clinical rosters so capacity is utilised to its maximum effect. Identify performance, supply and capacity requirements to maintain speed of access to services.
* Operations Pathways: Assist in the operational design and integration of healthcare pathways, including introduction of new service modalities. Collaborate with the commercial and operational teams, on internal operational timeframes (onboarding rates, service wait times etc.), and provide advice on growth to support partnership service delivery.
* Training and Development: Coordinate training for all staff on systems, processes, service offerings, and partnerships, with a key focus on the effective operational delivery of services. Integrate systems and conduct in-briefs and training on new partnership pathways and manage service delivery of existing partnerships.
* Data Driven Decision Making: Implement and enable data driven decision making, harnessing weekly operational data reports to coordinate and implement strategies to ensure KPI success.
* Coordinate Meetings: Coordinate the weekly cycle of clinical and operational meetings, providing synchronisation across departments, and reporting to the senior leadership group.
* Strategic Communications: Ensure communications with partners contribute to the strategic goals of the business and opportunities for growth are explored.
* Continuous Improvement and Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes and best practises. Support quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement in patient and partner experience.
