**Your new role**
- Weekly/Fortnightly/Monthly client work in progress calls and updates.
- Tasking internal departments and keeping them on track e.g. SEO, SEM, Strategist, Design & Development.
- Listening to a client's business problems and then decipher them into actionable goals and subsequent action plans.
- Reverse brief clients in written work for sign off.
- Jumping in and out of HubSpot, Google Analytics and Facebook Ad dashboards.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- You're great at details.
- Great communication skills and proactive in nature.
- You're great at creating and sticking to plans.
- You're also good at keeping clients and team members on task.
- Process driven and able to prioritise and compartmentalise workload.
- Commercially minded and business savvy.
- Eager to chip in and help out your teammates (who in turn have your back too).
- Customer-centric, people-person, but confident to say no to clients and peers if it means staying steadfast to our client objectives.
- Gets excited by new technology.
- Loves learning.
- HubSpot experience. One of Australia's fastest growing Diamond Partners, so experience here will be highly regarded.
