The Insurance Broker plays an integral role in our national team, providing administrative support to account managers. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of insurance broking.

This is a challenging position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple systems and high-volume workloads.


About You

* You should be highly organized with strong administrative skills.
* Be proactive, team-focused, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Have the ability to manage multiple systems and a high volume of work.


Key Responsibilities

* Process new business, renewals, amendments, endorsements, and certificates of currency.
* Manage client enquiries and requests from brokers.
* Follow up with clients via phone and email.
