The opportunity
You will play a critical leadership role in shaping thefinancial direction of the organisation, ensuring strong financialstewardship, operational excellence, and strategic insight. AsSenior Manager- Finance, you will lead all aspects of financialreporting, compliance, payroll governance, budgeting, and analysis.Your work will provide the executive team and board with theclarity and confidence needed to make informed, future-focuseddecisions. You’ll maintain a strong control environment,ensure full regulatory compliance, and continuously improvesystems, processes, and performance. Working closely with internalleaders and external partners, you will build influence across theorganisation and lead a capable finance team committed todelivering high-quality outcomes that support long-termsustainability and impact.

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork
* CA or CPA qualified, with a degree in Accounting, Finance,or a related discipline
* At least 10 years' experience in senior financialleadership roles, ideally within complex or regulatedenvironments such as aged care, health, or the not-for-profitsector
* Proven expertise in statutory financial reporting, payrollgovernance, and strategic business planning
* Demonstrated success in leading high-performing teams,driving financial transformation, and influencing executive andboard-level stakeholders
* Advanced capability in financial modelling, data analysis,and reporting to support decision-making
* Strong integrity, sound judgement, and well-developedinterpersonal and communication skills
* A leadership approach that aligns with theorganisation’s values and a genuine commitment toperson-centred care
* Knowledge of the aged care sector, includingfunding models, prudential compliance, and regulatoryrequirements
* Ability to navigate change and supportstrategic transformation, particularly in response tosector reforms
* Familiarity with financial systems, BItools, and modern HR/payroll platforms
* Understanding of governance, financialdelegations, and risk management in not-for-profitsettings
* Experience leading process improvements anddriving operational efficiency across teams
