Job Title: Pilot Plant Coordinator
This role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise. You will lead and manage the pilot plant team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment while coordinating pilot trials to support R&D projects.
Key Responsibilities:

* Drive continuous improvement and contribute to process refinement.
