Our client is a Global leader in their industry, offering flexibility and excellent support. This is a very stable industry and role that is well suited to someone with strong credit/collections experience.

You will be responsible for:

- Managing a large customer ledger
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in relation to the collection of overdue accounts and processing credit card payments
- Banking, Allocation & Receipting
- Managing disputes on invoices/claims
- Reconciliation of key accounts
- Assisting with month-end related tasks

**About you**
- Previous Accounts Receivable or Collections experience
- Intermediate Excel and exposure to ERP systems
- Prior experience working in a high-volume environment
- High attention to detail
- You are accustomed to working towards deadlines
- You are a customer focused person with good communication skills
