Job Description
This role is a Senior PM in the Program Management Function, responsible for the delivery for PM training, governance and support to Programs. This role is in Brisbane.
Responsibilities
* Lead assurance activities such as Change Management reviews, system health checks, best practice reviews and Independent Reviews.
* Development, upkeep and implementation of PM processes, standards, policies and procedures in alignment with Boeing enterprise.
* Lead and support Enterprise Standard Gated Process reviews.
* Lead and support PM Training development and delivery.
* Lead PM Functional Continuous Improvement or minor internal projects, as assigned.
* Lead management of PM Tools.
* Actively respond and support help needed across the business.
* Proactively engage with project stakeholders including Customers and Business Leaders to deliver results.
Experience and Qualifications
* Wide experience in managing complex projects to successful completion.
* Formal Project Management, Engineering, Business or Management qualifications is desired, however, prior experience will be considered.
* Experience leading or working within a program of works / Project Management Office.
* IT Project experience desirable.
* Demonstrated proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted industry project management standards.
* Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to exert influence at multiple organisational levels.
* High level communication and negotiation skills with a strong focus on building successful relationships with a broad range of stakeholders.
* Drive and passion to grow capability, mentor and coach other PM professionals.
* Applicants must be an Australian Citizen and hold, or have ability to obtain, an Australian defence security clearance.
