About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations by coordinating stocktaking activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management.
* Plan and execute stocktake programs to meet business requirements
* Analyze data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
* Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including depot staff and other teams
Your responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement stocktaking strategies to improve service delivery
2. Conduct regular stock counts, record results, and participate in research and investigation processes
3. Prepare reports to support performance monitoring and improvement initiatives
4. Collaborate with other Inventory Coordinators and liaise with warehouse staff to address warehousing matters
Requirements
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
* Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
