The Opportunity
Working closely with our sales team, you will be involved in all aspects of the property sales journey, developing your skills through practical experience and ongoing mentorship.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assisting with buyer enquiry management and database engagement
* Supporting open homes, private inspections, and auction campaigns
* Prospecting and building relationships with prospective clients
* Coordinating campaign administration and marketing activities
* Assisting with appraisals and sales processes
* Delivering a consistently high level of customer service
About You
You are motivated, professional, and eager to build a career in real estate. You take pride in your presentation, communication, and ability to build rapport.
You will demonstrate:
* A genuine interest in property and the real estate industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* A proactive and team-oriented approach
* Drive, initiative, and a willingness to learn
A current driver's licence and Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
