This role provides a clear pathway into mortgage broking or finance and growth opportunities within Aussie.In This Role, You WillSpeak with customers to understand their needs and determine how we can help.Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book pre-qualified appointments into brokers' calendars.Identify opportunities for customers to refinance, purchase property, or explore lending options.Encourage customers to engage with our online platform, streamlining their loan process before their broker appointment.Deliver exceptional customer experiences as part of a high-energy, goal-driven team.QualificationsStrong communication skills and a passion for helping people.Sales, retail, customer service, or call centre experience (preferred but not essential).
