Senior Quality Assurance Specialist - Life Insurance Claims
Responsibilities
* Leading technical quality assurance activities across life claims portfolios to ensure alignment with Zurich standards and regulatory expectations.
* Providing clear, actionable insights that drive continuous improvement in claims quality, risk management, and customer outcomes.
* Partnering with claims leaders and governance teams to embed quality frameworks into day to day operations.
* Using data and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for uplift across claims practices.
* Supporting capability building through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance, contributing to the evolution of quality assurance frameworks, processes, and reporting.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in life insurance claims, with strong exposure to group and retail claims environments.
* Proven background in technical claims.
* Background in quality assurance, governance, or audit related roles.
* Strong understanding of life claims assessment processes and relevant regulatory legislation.
* Ability to analyse quality data and translate insights into practical, value adding actions.
* Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing quality outcomes.
* Confidence working with systems, reporting tools, and evolving digital environments
* Minimum Certificate IV in Life Insurance
