Opportunity: In this role you will play a key part in a landmark, $250m, 39-level residential apartment tower with 170 luxury apartment located in the heart of Broadbeach. You will have proven experience delivering commercial/residential projects as a Foreman, with strong expertise in finishes. You will be skilled at driving productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality on every project. It is preferential that you have experience working in a tier 1 construction environment and have the ability to to drive commercial outcomes. This particular project run till late 2027.
