Role Overview
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our Reception desk. Your key duties will include greeting and registering owners and guests, providing information on local area attractions, administration, and managing guest issues.

* Proven experience in a Front Office department at a supervisory level.
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems, preferably Opera.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening.

* Exceptional time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
