I’m currently working with a highly respected architectural studio in Melbourne that’s on the lookout for an experienced Design Architect to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team.

The Role You’ll be working closely with internal teams and clients to turn architectural concepts into reality. From early sketch design through to planning submissions, you’ll play a key role in shaping well-considered, beautiful spaces that respond to both form and function.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Creating and modelling designs in ArchiCAD
* Developing sketch concepts and planning documentation
* Conducting site and contextual analysis
* Preparing architectural planning applications
* Liaising with clients, consultants, councils, and authorities
* Ensuring designs meet BCA and local council regulations
Experience you need
* AACA-accredited Master of Architecture
* 4-6 years' post-grad experience in a similar role
* Excellent understanding of construction methods and building codes
* Strong communication skills - visual, verbal and written
* ArchiCAD experience is essential
* Someone proactive, detail-driven, and easy to collaborate with
