The Role
Our Morwell site is located about 150km east of Melbourne, manufacturing a large range of products in yoghurt and dairy desserts including brands such as Farmers Union, Dairy Farmers and Yoplait. Operating 24 hours a day, six days a week across 9 lines the site is highly automated and is the largest yoghurt facility in Australia.
The Manufacturing Administrator will support production operations: primarily by organising and filing production records, completing transactions in SAP ERP system and reporting on material consumption and waste in the manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
* Prepare accurate reports summarising delivered stock details.
* Maintain SAP system integrity by: Ensuring timely and accurate receipting of delivered products. Recording materials and ingredients used in manufacturing & Completing transactions to maintain correct SAP stock levels for manufactured products.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve data or record discrepancies.
* Complete waste and stock reports promptly and accurately.
* Ensure recipe documentation is correctly completed, filed, and linked to associated SAP transactions.

* Proven experience in similar role
* Proficient in SAP, Excel, and related computer systems for accurate data management.
* Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functional teams.
* Strong time management skill and communication skills
