Job Title: Men's Health Dietitian
St Vincent's Hospital, Darlinghurst is seeking a qualified nutrition professional to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic team environment.
Job Description:
This is a weekday-only position with no shift work and guaranteed public holidays off. The successful candidate will deliver evidence-based nutritional care to outpatients with prostate cancer at St Vincent's Men's Health Centre.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics recognized by Dietitians Australia, with experience in delivering evidence-based care, preferably in oncology and/or men's health. They will be committed to professional growth and development, meeting the annual minimum of 30 hours of continuing professional development.
The successful candidate will also possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams as well as independently. They will be tech-savvy and adaptable, with proficiency in Foodworks and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nutritional care to outpatients with prostate cancer.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of men's health dietetic services.
* Manage and maintain up-to-date nutritional resources.
Requirements:
* Qualified nutrition professional with a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics recognized by Dietitians Australia.
* Experience in delivering evidence-based care, preferably in oncology and/or men's health.
* Strong foundation in quality improvement or research.
* Commitment to professional growth and development.
