Our client is providing regional and remote communities of WA with access to healthcare through the provision of a variety of clinical services. They have a passionate team of allied health professionals that aim to increase service availability.
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and seasoned Senior Clinician and Allied Health Manager to join our team. You'll have a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our clinical services throughout regional and rural WA. The ideal candidate will lead a passionate team of over 40 allied health professionals, ensuring top-notch services are delivered to enhance health outcomes and accessibility for individuals in underserved regions.
Responsibilities include:
* Supervise the design, execution, and assessment of clinical initiatives regional and rural WA.
* Guide and support a group of allied health professionals, promoting teamwork and a nurturing atmosphere.
* Engage with local stakeholders, medical personnel, and governmental bodies to improve service provision.
* Partner with seniors to cultivate exemplary clinical practices among all AHPs.
* Guarantee adherence to pertinent standards, regulations, and optimal healthcare protocols.
This is a permanent full-time position.

About You:
* Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology or a related discipline
* Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape in regional and rural WA
* Professional registration
* Proven experience in clinical management or leadership roles
* Strong organisational skills
* A high level of written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to treat participants with a wide range of disabilities
* Experience working within a multidisciplinary team
* Thorough Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS
* Current Police check
* Cleared Victorian Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Cleared NDIS Worker Screen Check
* Eligible to work permanently in Australia
