Our organisation is seeking In-Home Care Professionals to join our team. This role involves supporting seniors and NDIS customers to remain in their homes. The purpose of this role is to provide tailored person-centred services and activities for customers with varying support needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing domestic assistance services to customers
* Supporting customers with daily living tasks
* Encouraging socialisation and community engagement
* Maintaining customer records and reporting on progress
We are looking for individuals who possess great communication skills, are enthusiastic and engaging, and have a proactive approach to the safety and well-being of themselves and their customers. You will work independently as well as part of a team, using your computer and mobile device skills to manage customer information and communicate with colleagues.
Requirements:
* Certificate III Individual Support - Aged Care or Disability (or working towards obtaining qualification within 12 months)
* Experience working with seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with disability
* Current Australian Drivers Licence with no restrictions
* A reliable and roadworthy motor vehicle to travel to customer's homes and assist them to access the community
