You will:
MOTIVATE, EMPOWER & CHAMPION
young people throughout their employment journey
Actively
source job opportunities
through cold-calling, networking, and relationship-building with local employers
Convince employers
to give youth a chance — highlighting reliability, eagerness to learn, and cultural fit
Match participants to vacancies and
create opportunities where none existed
Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and community organisations to unlock pathways to work
Track outcomes, follow up relentlessly, and celebrate every win — big or small
Work closely with small groups of young people to build their confidence, strengthen their employability skills, and support their transition into meaningful future pathways.

This role is full time, fixed term until 30 June 2027 with the possibility of extension, and requires travel across our Dandenong, Oakleigh and Springvale sites.
