**The opportunity**
The Service Delivery Centre provides an alternative delivery model in a regional location within Australia, decreasing risk to our clients, and increasing efficiency by standardising repeatable processes. Employees within the hub will work with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements.
The Service Delivery Analyst will support the Delivery team on long-term engagements and is responsible for the delivery of contract obligations including but not limited to administration, billing, governance and reporting requirements.
The position will provide reporting and updates on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.
This is a hybrid position based in Wadawurrung - Ballarat. Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours. Please speak with us about potential options.
**Your key responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage contract compliance through ongoing research, analysis, and oversight of obligations, including administration, billing, reporting, and governance requirements.
- Analyse financial procedures and performance, including cost tracking, budget management, and billing convergence, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational standards.
- Support governance functions by providing secretariat services, preparing documentation, maintaining delivery frameworks, and ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements.
- Conduct risk and issue analysis, providing timely insights and reports to stakeholders to support proactive decision-making and project continuity.
- Foster stakeholder relationships through clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution, ensuring engagement and alignment across governance and delivery activities.

- Technical proficiency and systems knowledge - Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SharePoint, and project management tools, with experience in maintaining project and process documentation.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail - Comfortable working with large volumes of data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support effective decision-making.
- Strong organisational and time management skills - Able to manage competing priorities with a structured, responsive, and focused approach to tasks.
- Collaborative and self-motivated - Able to work effectively both independently and in teams, with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute positively to the broader goals.
