**About the role
The Information Support Officer assists with the maintenance and development of eLearning, digital media and multimedia resources for training, internet/intranet website and databases. The position also provides support and advice to state and local stakeholders to ensure that the eLearning environment is accessible and Learning Centre complies with all Queensland Health Information Management requirements.
About you
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Demonstrated interpersonal and professional communication skills (verbal and written) with a wide range of stakeholders and experience in information services and
Demonstrated skills in using audio visual and multimedia equipment to develop eLearning, digital media and multimedia
Knowledge of and demonstrated ability to use a range of software and various hardware for training and development purposes (e.g. projectors, laptops, tablets, video conference system, webinar platforms, webcams, microphones).
Demonstrated ability to critically assess data/information and write high level correspondence and reports
Knowledge of quality control procedures for computer systems and training resource
Knowledge of Queensland Health requirements regarding QHEPS and electronic resource and information system
