Duties and Responsibilities of an Embroidery Machine Operator
This role involves preparing machines for operation, including loading digitized designs, thread color changes, and needle replacements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for hooping garments and applying backing for embroidery, trimming, folding, and re-packing garments post-embroidery or pressing.
In addition, the Embroidery Machine Operator will maintain accurate work order records and updates, respond promptly to machinery breakdowns to minimize downtime, and perform basic maintenance on embroidery and heat press machines.
