Due to continued growth within AMS Group, we are offering an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a Service Projects Manager to join our Service Delivery team based in Adelaide.
The Service Projects Manager is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of service and minor works across assigned contracts and clients. This role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and timely delivery of works while meeting commercial targets, contract KPIs, and maintaining strong client relationships.
You will play a key role in coordinating technicians, managing quotes and service requests, and identifying opportunities to grow service delivery within existing contracts.
Key Responsibilities will include:
* Achievement of desired commercial outcomes such as on budget delivery, KPI attainment, gross profit sustainment, and cost-effective operations through superior contract management.
* Manage, monitor and maintain the quoted works in Service
* Take incoming Calls from technicians surrounding up sales, and defects
* Providing Quote to client and maintaining documentation
· Driving, facilitating, and assisting in opportunity development leading to revenue.
* Develop, create, and sustain engagement with AMSG internal departments and stakeholders leading to safe, adequate, timely, efficient and on budget delivery of contracted minor works.
* Develop, create, and sustain engagement with external partners, subcontractors and vendors leading to safe, adequate, timely, efficient and on budget delivery of contracted minor works.
* Lead, manage, and drive contract management activities including safe working, budgeting, works programming, reporting, risk management, and procurement.
* Lead, manage and drive safe and efficient use of resources against budget targets focusing on agreed, cost effective and efficient operations.
Required Experience and Attributes:
* Experience in service delivery, contract management or project coordination.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
* A proactive approach with a strong customer service focus.
