We are seeking an experienced and friendly Receptionist to join our team at The Panorama Hotel in St Helens, Tasmania. This is a part-time role, offering the perfect work-life balance. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, positive experience.
What you'll be doing
 * Greeting guests and making their check-in/check-out experience enjoyable and seamless.
 * Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with them as required.
 * Providing excellent customer service and handling inquiries and bookings for accommodation & the restaurant as required.
 * Assisting with various office duties as needed.
 * Maintaining a neat and organised reception area.
What we're looking for
 * Previous experience as a hotel Receptionist or in a similar customer service role
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly demeanour
 * Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
 * Experience with the RMS booking system an advantage but not essential
 * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
 * Availability to work early and late shifts as well as weekends and public holidays as required
