**The Job**
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Store Manager to join a skilled & passionate team, based in Castle Hill, NSW.
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, the purpose of your role is to achieve store targets & maximise sales potential by enhancing promotional offers and providing superior customer service.
Your working days will be Tuesday through to Saturday.
**Key Duties**
- Lead, develop and support your team to ensure store presentation standards and customer service standards are effectively communicated and consistently implemented
- Effectively induct all new team members and regularly assess and monitor individual and team performance levels
- Establish and maintain store routines to maximise sales and positively impact the customer experience
- Seek opportunities to continually improve store processes whilst adhering to company standards
- Conduct regular stocktake of your store and manage shrinkage results
**About you**
- You have come from premium fashion (menswear or female apparel)
- A strong customer service background of all types
- Open to all customer service backgrounds
- The ability liaise/communicate with customers at all levels
- Passion to grow within a brand
- Excellent presentation
- Great communication skills - both written and verbal
