We're looking for an experienced Full‐Time Venue Manager to lead our Food & Beverage venue at our Byron Bay Kiosk site.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll have full ownership of venue performance - leading and developing your team, driving outstanding guest experiences, and delivering consistent quality across food, beverage, service and presentation. You'll oversee rostering, stock and suppliers, cash handling and POS, while ensuring compliance with food safety, licensing and regulatory requirements.
Set in the heart of Byron Bay, Ingenia's kiosk delivers relaxed coastal vibes, great coffee and easy seaside dining.

In this Role, You'll
* Lead the venue team to deliver warm, consistent service and memorable guest experiences—especially during peak periods.
* Own daily operations including opening/closing, shift leadership, rostering, coaching, performance feedback and training to SOPs.
* Manage stock, ordering, suppliers and cost controls to support revenue targets and minimise waste.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety and WHS; ensure safe handling of cleaning chemicals in line with SDS and venue procedures.
* Ensure compliance with licensing and legislative requirements (RSA/RCG where required), cash handling and POS controls, and incident reporting.
You're Likely a Match If You
* Bring proven hospitality leadership experience and a passion for creating welcoming, high-performing venues.
* Are confident with rostering, labour planning and coaching—setting clear expectations and lifting capability through feedback and training.
* Understand venue compliance (food safety, licensing and cash handling), and hold relevant certifications (RSA, RCG if required, food safety) or are willing to obtain them.
* Have strong commercial awareness—comfortable managing stock, ordering, wastage and basic reporting to support venue performance.
* Lead calmly under pressure, roll up your sleeves when needed, and model high standards across service, safety and presentation.
* You bring energy, initiative and accountability. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter—for guests and your team.
