Job Title: Dispatch Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented professional to join our team for a short-term 3-month assignment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient coordination of dispatch operations. Offered on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday 38 hours, flexible with start times ranging from 5:30 am to 9 am – working a 7.6-hour day.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and manage dispatch activities to meet operational deadlines
* Handle administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and compliance checks
* Load restrained – on the job training
* Load building – on the job training
* Gate checks – on the job training
* Scanning of delivery documents
* Sorting of load packs
* Archiving
* Receptionist duties
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in dispatch, logistics, or administration preferred
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in MS Office and dispatch software (advantageous)
