Current Salary
* Assistant Manager Green Hills: $60,500 + super
Key Responsibilities
* Coach the team to achieve exceptional customer service standards and maintain harmony and efficiency on the shop floor.
* Oversee operations and commercial practices of the store, both front‐ and back‐of‐house, while ensuring a customer‐focused experience.
* Analyze performance data, manage the commercial side of the store, and help meet sales/performance targets.
* Help develop consumer loyalty and brand awareness, staying current with the beauty market, competitors, and the passion for our products.
* Support people management: assist the Store Manager, attract, retain, and grow a team that reflects the brand.
