* Compliance and Report Compilation: Ensure accurate and timely compilation of financial, OH&S, and HR reports.
* Secretariat Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and team, including scheduling, correspondence, and minute-taking.
* Interface with External Agencies: Liaise with Centrelink to manage client payments and ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related field.
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or community services setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
