The Role

Aurizn have an exciting new opportunity for an Operations Support Officer to join the team and provide high-level administration support to the Business Development function. This role will be an integral role, ensuring that the business development operation is well organised and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Monitor and identify tender, procurement, and panel opportunities.
* Obtain tender documentation and establish submission and proposal management processes.
* Maintain and update CRM records and associated databases.
* Ensure documentation and administrative records are accurate and up to date.
* Support the business development process by scheduling meetings, coordinating gate reviews, and recording decisions.
* Assist with the preparation and submission of proposals, bids, and tenders.
* Coordinate bid and proposal team meetings and reporting cadence.
* Collate and manage administrative information required for proposals and bids.
* Ad hoc business support duties as required.

Qualifications

* A current, or have eligibility to obtain a Baseline security clearance
* Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
* Demonstrated experience using Microsoft SharePoint.
* Experience providing administrative support within an engineering organisation is highly valued.
* Experience working in a business development function is desirable.
* An understanding of tendering and bid preparation processes.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A proactive and self‐motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision.
