About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across domestic and international markets. Reporting into our GM Digital, you will work closely with our Marketing, CRM, and Ecommerce teams and you will lead the end-to-end performance strategy across paid media, lifecycle marketing, and affiliate partnerships. This role is focused on measurable impact and optimising channel efficiency, scaling profitable growth, and ensuring all activity aligns with commercial and trade priorities.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our Sydney Support Office in Chippendale.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and optimise all paid channels (SEM, paid social, retargeting, programmatic) to drive efficient acquisition and revenue growth.
* Own lifecycle performance in partnership with CRM, improving retention, repeat purchase and customer value.
* Manage and grow affiliate partnerships in line with campaign and trade priorities.
* Use data, attribution and testing to continuously improve ROI and scale high-performing activity.
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure aligned messaging, strong conversion, and commercially impactful execution.
* Manage budgets and report on performance across ROI, CAC, retention and revenue metrics.
What We're Looking For
* 4–6+ years' experience in performance marketing within retail, fashion, lifestyle or agency environments.
* Strong hands-on expertise across paid media, affiliates and lifecycle marketing.
* Experience with CRM/CDP and attribution platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Emarsys, Triple Whale or similar).
* Highly analytical with a proven track record of improving efficiency and scaling digital growth.
* Commercially driven, collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
