With strong growth ahead, we're looking for an experienced Office/Operations Manager to join our team and take ownership of the day-to-day administration.

The Role
This is a broad and hands-on role where no two days are the same. As the Office/OperationsManager, you will be the hub of our operations, responsible for managing the key administrative functions that keep our business running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all administrative processes across the business
* Accounts payable/receivable and payroll coordination
* Scheduling jobs and supporting the operations team
* HR administration and compliance record keeping
* Supporting directors with reporting and business documentation
* Ensuring smooth office systems, IT, and workflow processes
* Contributing to continuous improvement and business growth initiatives

About You
We're seeking an experienced administrator who thrives in a dynamic SME environment.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* Proven experience in office/business management, administration, or a similar role
* Strong bookkeeping or accounts administration skills (Xero experience preferred)
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills — able to juggle competing priorities
* A proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to "own" the role
* Clear and professional communication skills to represent the business confidently
* The ability to work independently while being part of a close-knit team
Industry experience is not essential — what matters most is your proven administrative expertise, attention to detail, and ability to keep things running smoothly.
